By default, iTest will open new workbench windows when new sessions are started for interactive testing. This behavior is controlled by a user preference (found in Tools > Preferences in the main menu).
iTest will also start a test case execution in a new workbench window (automatically set to the Execution perspective). If this is not desired, simply open and switch to the Execution perspective in the main workbench window and you will be able to start the execution in the same window.
