Test Management Systems

I would like to know what kind of Test Management Systems (Example: HP’s Quality Center) can iTest interface with?

We do integrate with HP Quality Center. There may be ways to integrate with others, you will want to speak with a Solutions Engineer to sort those out.
There are also iTest SDKs which will allow you to report test run results and reports into any test management system.
iTest integrates with HP Quality Center (or ALM as it's newest version is called) and with IBM Rational Quality Manager. Spirent also has a lighter weight test management tool called iTest Team Server as well.
As a follow on question, you are probably wondering which is best. The short answer is, that depends on your needs/requirements. To help you understand each and the options you have, I'd recommend you contact one of the Automation RSMs at Spirent.
