Hi All,
Am facing an issue with opening the web session of the DUTs (say CISCO Wireless LAN controller) in iTest linux server. An invalid certificate error is thrown out when the device is opened (pasted the screenshot below) . When the session is opened via iTest it says "about:blank" and the session doesn't get opened. Is there any way to avoid this error and is it possible in iTest to omit the error message and continue with proceeding in opening the web session?
Thanks,
Gowri

Gowri,
Do you see this problem when you are running iTest? In your screen shot, it appears that you are using Firefox to access the web page.
I think what Gowri is showing is that Firefox gives an invalid certificate error whereas iTest simply goes to "about:blank" page.
Gowri - iTest is supposed to ignore HTTPS errors and move on. We will ask our web testing engineers to see what could be going on.
Gowri, in your web browser (what you are using in your screenshot) if you click "OK" on that invalid-certificate-dialog comes up, what happens?
Does your browser take you to the device page or does it stay there?
iTest simulates clicking OK/Accept certificate in the dialog that comes up. In this case there is only OK option on the dialog so iTest will simulate that.
So if your browser, after clicking OK, does not load the device page, then iTest is behyaving as expected.
