manual in PDF?

hi all,

 

is there a pdf version of the user manual? my help sometimes freezes up after doing a search.

Hi,

It would be good if you could share more information on why help freezes on search sometimes? We will try to address the freeze issue if its itest related?

not sure why it freezes. sometimes i typed a search word in the search bar and click on one of the results link then the program freezes up. i have to restart iTest to get things working again.

The reason it freezes is that there are browser scripts (believe those the search word highlighting scripts) that slow down the loading of the page. Sometimes I would get a message asking me to disable the scripts - and when I do, the help loads without delay.

I didn't get a script error or any kind of warning/error messages. I let iTest freeze for about 10min hoping I would get some kind of response before shutting it down.

It is available but not thourgh this forum.

Please ask to your sales representitive and they should be able to provide the pdf version of user manual for you.

dechaoz05,

The PDF version of the user guide is also available on our customer support portal.  If you have a portal account, you should be able to download the file from there without having to go through your account manager.
