license file error

When I try to install the license file in TTworkbench I get the following error

Can't copy file
/usr/local/TTworkbenchExpress/license.dat
to
/usr/local/TTworkbenchExpress/license.dat
java.io.FileNotFoundExeption:/usr/local/TTworkbenchExpress/license.dat
(Permission denied)
Please copy by hand and restart TTworkbench.

I set the file permission of TTTtec-*.lic to 777
I am using ubuntu 20.06.6 LTS
