Cannot find posapp

Hi,


We are trying to set up GSS7000. We cannot find the path where the positioning application is located. It was located in the mapped network drive \\192.168.25.1\posapp_share, but now we cannot reach it anymore. Did anyone see this issue before?

Hi @YS,

This issue appears, that GSS7000 can't able to communicate with Posapp engine. This issue very known issue usually occured when GSS7000 ethernet adapters IP address disturbed or modified by error and Posapp GUI (*windows) unable to establish coms with Engine. (In same case when user trying to configure RDP static ip and mistakenly modifies Posapp engine IP).

I advice to log Service Request (SR) via the New Support Case button on the CSC Home Page support.spirent.com so that support technical member can intervene and assist you remotely.
