GPS connection failure when run the case with PosApp GUI enabled

Hi PT team,

When running a positioning case with TestDrive, during connect GPS box with PosApp GUI enable, it is always thrown connection error "Error sending command GET_6700_HW; error code = 10054", but if disable PosApp GUI, it will work well. So could you please help to check why PosApp GUI enable, it will happen connection problem? Thanks.

Hi again @XC00454699 - there are different levels of CSC access, depending on the privileges that have been set when your account was activated. Forums can be accessed without the need to be logged in. When you raise the Service Request for your PosApp GUI issue that you are experiencing, the Spirent support team can also ensure your CSC account has the correct privileges, to enable you to be able to raise and view your cases.

Hi @XC00454699 - it would appear from your screen shot that you are not logged in to your CSC account. When you log in, there will be more functionality visible in the area you correctly highlighted in red. Please log in to the CSC with your credentials. If you do not have a CSC account, you can alternatively raise a Service Request (SR) by emailing support@spirent.com


In your email, please include your account name, hardware asset serial number, a title for the SR and a description similar to what you have added here initially in this forum.

Thanks many. But i think i have accessed because i can submit message in Forums. It seems tricky. Or it is another CSC account?

anyway, i think i will raise SR by emailing as you mentioned. Thanks again.

Hi @XC00454699 - can I please ask you to raise a Service Request (SR) via the New Support Case button on the CSC Home Page. Once the SR has been processed, Spirent representatives will be in touch.

Thanks a lot.

But i can't find where i can raise in website. I also find a document, it is shown "go to "case" and select "create support case"", but i can't find in my web site
