37.571-2_7.2.2.2-LPP message is not able to be decoded when running with TTworkbench

Hi TTCN support team,


Field support team help to generate a CR in Jira for this.

Could you please help to check a decode Register problem in TTCN side, from the script, we are using decvalue to decode the register message. The log is attached. Thanks a lot.
