FS 400G QSFP-DD (DAC) link not comes up.

I am using Spirent TestCent (5.39) SPT-N12U to test link to my 400G switch with FS 400G QSFP-DD (DAC). The link is never up. On my switch port, it seems serdes not able to detect signal.

I tested link between two 400G Spirent ports with the QSFP-DDs, link is OK with STC-default Mode and manual setting 2 meter copper in de-emphasis and main tap swing. The link is also up between two 400G ports on my switch with these QSFP-DDs.

Wonder if there is any suggestion to figure the issue.
