Enhanced L 4-7 RTSP test failed using .mp4 video

I started an Enhanced L4-7 test with RTSP and I used an .mp4 test video (around 70 Mb) . After it had started I got the following error "Enhanced L4-7 state Test Failed on Port Port //1/9". The state of the server was "Running". I also made some test with different Protocols (FTP, HTTP 1.0, SMTP, POP3), these were successful with no errors. Any idea?
