GetChassisLicenseInfoCommand 1/2 failed with error

Hi, I have some problems about Spirent TestCenter.

bellowing log is appeared when I push the apply button.

And can not check license location on license management windows.

My fellow can use stc and license check done on same network.

Please let me know this solution.
