I need to simulate a GPS clock jump on both code and carrier with our spirent siumlator
I found 2 ways to complete ; pseudorange ramp and clock errors menus. Could you confirm how spirent simulate these options ? Do spirent simulate the delay on both code and carrier or only on code ?

The PR Ramp will affect only the code, i.e. you should be able to see a pseudorange error when the PR Ramp is applied to the signal.
If you want to apply an offset to both the code and phase you can use the "Clock divergence" option as shown below:
Otherwise, you can send MOD commands, where you can manually define the code and carrier offsets.
