Spirent Test Center: Timestamp reference in the STC signature

I would like to get TX packets timestamps and for that I was trying to parse the Timestamp field in the STC signature in the packet payload. But what I see is not a full timestamp, it is a relative one and it seems that there is a reference timestamp used by STC and only the relative timestamps are written in the STC signature.

Could somebody confirm this ?
If so, Do you know how can I find this reference timestamp so I can find the full timestamp at the end of each packet ?

Hi: yes, the timestamp is not related to any real-time and date. It is just relative for start and stop to measure the latency of the packet, only

You said it is relative to start and stop. But what I see is that it is relative to a reference timestamp that is being periodically changed (around 15 minutes), so not relative to start and stop of the traffic.
