Spirent GSS6300 no response over Putty after sending ARMS command

While our Spirent GSS6100 is on calibration, GSS6300 should replace it.

Serial communication is done over putty and the communication was working well.

I could poll *IDN ?, LEVL ?, STAT ? with no problem. The response from STAT ? was Halted.

I tried to get the STAT in the running state and for this I used the ARMS command. After this there is no response anymore from the Putty, also *IDN ? will not give any response.

Power cycle on spirent and pc did not solve the issue. Has anybody a clue whats going on now?

Is the spirent in a special mode after ARMS command? And how can I get out of this mode?
