Can't set timeout for run, empty error message!

When I try to set Test case timeout as a variable, I get a red 'x" and an empty error message. As soon as I hit return, or move out of the box, it switches back to 0.0. This is with 4.0.2.

I think that it is just a GUI error. If I go in and change it in the XML, it seems to work.
