GNSS signals uses spread spectrum technology. You cannot see GNSS signals as a sinusoidal signal if you expect to see so. You can use spectrum power meter properties of your spectrum analyser.
For GPS you can use settings below:
Set maximum RF power from your simulator which is -115dbm/satellite for GSS6300. Open all available channels.
Center Freq: 1575.42 (I assume L1)
Span: 2MHz
Video BW:100Hz
Resolution BW: 10Hz
Attenuation: 0dB
Use can use peak hold properties to see spectrum.
