We have been trying to connect a GSS7000 system to our corporate network, but something must have gone wrong. At the moment the PosApp is failing to connect with the HW (Although unit D:// is reachable)
Could you please let us know which IPs must be configured as default for the 3 Ethernet connection settings?
Also, we have not found the specific information about how to connect the simulator to our network, Could you be so kind to indicate which network configuration should we modify.

Are you still having issues with networking your GSS7000?
If you are, can I please suggest that you raise a Service Request (SR) by using the "New Support Case" link at the top of the CSC Home page, or alternatively email: support@spirent.com ensuring you include your contact details, customer account name and address, serial number of the GSS7000 you refer to, and the description as above please?
Once an SR has been raised, a member of the Support team will be in touch.
