False to remote connect to gss7000 SimREPLAYplus

I use my python code which working properly in gss6700 SimGEN for the new gss7000 SimREPLAYplus, but it false the connection with the return message as below.

"s.connect((ip, 15650)) TimeoutError: [WinError 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"
