missing valid "0262_PYTHON_API_BPK" license. How to fix it?

Hello folks,

I am using STC 4.91 and I am trying to use Python script to create a project, reserve the ports and start the traffic generator. But I am getting the error "Chassis <x.x.x.x> missing valid "0262_PYTHON_API_BPK" license". Can someone please help me what is this error and how to fix it? the port reservation was successful and I think the error has occurred while calling stc.apply()
