I have attached the screenshots.I'm using 4.94 version. Tried reinstalling it also. Din't work

1. Try killing all java processes and relaunching Avalanche.
2. Try launching Avalanche by right clicking and selecting 'run as administrator' (ref: KB doc ID# SOL13151)*
