Which Ethernet connection do I use to move files to the Spirent PC, how do I set up the IP Address, Etc

Closed area and using the CD drive to tranfer files is prohibited.

I would lilke to set up an IP address and directly FTP or ethernet connect and mount internet drives but the ethernet connections in the back are all labeled maintaince, control, and support and I do not know which nik to set the IP. Etc
