Are you using Spirent TestCenter hardware or is this virtual?

Visit the Spirent Customer Service Center support webpage. https://support.spirent.com/SpirentCSC/

Look in the Downloads section.

For Spirent TestCenter hardware download the OSE firmware but please note in the Description section that OSE is only supported on specific hardware.

For OSE virtual, there is a separate download to create an OSE VM.

The Quick Start Guide can be found under Related Resources. See snap shot.

Of course be sure you also have the license for it. Go to your GUI under Tools->License Management and check if you have something called OpenFlow Switch Emulation.

If you have everything set and still have errors, please open a case with support@spirent.com.
