Thank you. I will look into upgrading. Most of my results can be saved but every now and then I have some results that will not save to PDF and gives the error. Sometimes I can logout and log back in and the results can be saved.
I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of iTest, as there have been numerous fixes and enhancements since 7.0.1. I was not able to reproduce your error in version 7.3.3. Note that the OS requirements may have changed since your current version.
iTest 7.0.1. I was told by others in my group that there is an issue sometimes with saving reports. Most of my reports where being saved then lately the last few tests I run - I get the error when saving the results to PDF.
