Jenkins iTest plugin Build step 'Execute Spirent iTest test case' marked build as failure when test case passes with no errors

I am running iTest RT 7.3 on a Jenkins node but am finding that the build is marked as a failure.

Jenkins console output says "Build step 'Execute Spirent iTest test case' marked build as failure"

The test case has run and the .html report generated within the jenkins workspace but I expect a pass result for the job and iTest report results on the jenkins job number page.

If I build the project and run the same testcase on the node with iTest App it builds and executes without error.

I am not referencing an external database for the report.

I have attached the jenkins console output.
