Where I can find SimPLEX and SimPLEX45 software?

We are planning to upgrade the lab machine. SimPLEX and SimPLEX45 are very old software, I am not be able to find a download link on Spirent.

P.S. I have read that windows 7 64bit is not supported. Wonder if I can use Windows 10 with capability mode.

SimPLEX software is available on Support.Spirent.Com. You need to login to see the download directory. It is under PT-Other Simulators. The SimPLEX for STR4500 is under archive release. You may need an active support contract to be able to download the software. Please contact the tech support for access.

@lying, to protect our customer's data, some CSC User accounts need extra permissions before they're able to see customer information and to be able to download software.

Hi @Philip.Joung Sorry to ask the obvious question but how do we get those extra permissions? We have an STR4500 along with SimPLEX V2.11 software and Product Code etc but with XP now well out of support we would like to explore the option of moving to PosApp etc.
