Report Template Changes Not Being Kept After Closing iTest

I am currently having issues with using the custom HTML .ftl template files in iTest 7.1.0.

When I make changes (such as highlighting steps, and filtering certain report sections), they are not kept when I close iTest and open a new session. Is this normal? Or is there a setting that I'm missing somewhere?

Hello @nwiggins,

I've reproduced this in 7.1 , it's no longer reproducible in 7.2 which is available on the download site now.

As a workaround you can create your own folder CUSTOM HTML2 (for example ) and copy the content of CUSTOM HTML to your new folder and modify it there. The new folder will not be overwritten.

I tried the workaround you have suggested, unfortunately it did not work. The error log returns an 'Unhandled Event Loop Exception' error with the org.eclipse.ui plug in.

Please file a Support ticket so that we may investigate this issue further.

Without logs or circumstance we can't diagnose the problem.
