Error loop starting Avalanche using two or more diffrent tcl script in parallel

One of processes will generate this error.It will successfully release port .Others could be successfully releaseport.All port can be reserved but can't uplod test to client and server next time . Tcl script will be blocked.All port can't be used @Philip.Joung
