Does Avalanche GTP Client support PGW initiated GTP ECHO Request?

I am running an Avalanche Test through GTP Tunnels. I have configured the Client side GTP (GSN) information from the GTP Sub tab that will create the Tunnels with a real PGW (not Reflector) and the Trail run is successful. However, when the test is run, there are issues with the Avalanche GTP Gateway not responding to the Customer Gateway generated ECHO Request. Does Avalanche support the ECHO Request command? If it does, are there any parameters to make it respond to the ECHO Request? Or is this a bug?
