iTest 4.1.1 no longer in PATH on windows 7

iTest 4.1.1 install removed the itest installation directory from the PATH environment variable on windows 7. This breaks scripts that call itestcli.

I just checked the iTest 4.1.1 installer on Windows 7 OS and verified that it adds these path information to User PATH variable;

C:\Program Files (x86)\Fanfare\iTest 4.1;C:\Program Files (x86)\Fanfare\iTest 4.1\iTestRT

User PATH variable maybe different with System "Path" variable.

iTest installer behavior on the PATH variable did not changed from iTest 4.0.
