The response below cannot find the prompt so the system hangs. I suspect the escaped quotes (\") in the message portion is the problem. My work around is to change the completion criteria from TL1 to something else AND add a filter to remove all \” from the response. However, when we do that iTest no longer tries to map the response using TL1 so the response filter doesn’t help really.
