Spirent Forums users, we have completed an important change in how you login to the Spirent Forums.
The Spirent Forums and the Spirent Customer Service Center have both been closely related but separate tools, each with their own UserID and password. The logins are now integrated, allowing you to sign-in once to the CSC to gain access to the Forums.
First of all, in case you're wondering, let us reassure you that everything you've done and have on the Forums, including your Username, your postings, your karma points, your badges, etc. are still preserved-- nothing on the Forums has changed except for the way you sign-in.
You'll now use your email for the Username to sign-in to the CSC. Note that all folks with a sign-in to the Spirent Forums will have a Spirent CSC user account as well-- if you've also been using the CSC, you're all set—the next time you want to access the Forums, just Login to the CSC and click on the Forums tab.
