Old Test Report still shows 'in progress' and 'execution duration' still incrementing

I found two old test reports that still show 'in progress' and 'execution duration' still incrementing.

It's possible the tests in question did not properly 'finish' executing, or were not manually 'stopped' before either 1) exiting iTest, or 2) PC rebooting, but shouldn't that have killed any processes?

How do i 'stop' these tests?

I'm concerned about how many other test-cases/test-reports might still be in this state and what, if any, and what processing demands there might be as a results.

I attached a screen-shot of a report still 'in progress'.

Hi,

I have encountered the same behaviour with my Test Reports when iTest crashed during execution (iTest crashed due to memory loss after long test execution). I have also discovered that these Test Reports were locked in my case (they had icon of a lock by the side). I first had to unlock the Test Reports (right click on it and choose option "Do not delete". After this the lock icon was removed and I could open my Test Reports).

After that I have discovered that all these Test Reports were still in progress. But in my case the Execution duration stoped increasing after Test Report was opened.

Maybe you could simply try to delete these Test Reports if you don't need them anymore.

Hope this little hint helps.

Regards,

Ales
