When I modify topology I get " Waiting User Operation"

One of my peers has a topology that causes an annoying "Waiting User Operation" every time he makes a change to the topology. It can be a small change like moving an object in the topology. The tester needs to arrange his topology and this slows up his development process. I'm attaching the topology to see if Fanfare can figure out what is causing this problem. I need to get a handle on what triggered this problem so the tester can get past this issue and we can workaround it with other topologies.

Also, I tried to do a save as with this topology and failed to update. I'm using iTest 4.1 and our comapany has migrated to that platform.

The bug is fixed and will be available in the next bug fix release.

Is there any workaround to this in the short term? This is obvously a problem for the tester using this topology until the bug fix is available.

I do face the simailar problem, is there any patch or workaround for this till we get new release.

We don't have a patch. The bug is already fixed in 4.1.1, which was released a few weeks ago.
