Spirent is nearly complete with our upgrade of the Spirent Customer Service Center. The transition to the new system will go through two phases before being turned back on:

Phase 1: Read-only mode Friday, February 19, 2016, 2PM Pacific Time

• The CSC will go into read-only mode. See below for details of what read-only mode means.
• The Spirent Forums will stop accepting new user registrations, but will otherwise continue to allow postings and submissions

Phase 2: All systems down Monday, February 29, 2016, 9 AM Pacific Time

• All CSC systems will be down while we complete the final transition.

Phase 3: All systems restored Monday, February 29, 2016, 10 AM Pacific Time

• All CSC systems are expected to be restored by this time. Emails will be sent to CSC users allowing them to return to the CSC to set a password
• NOTE: the Spirent Forums will be integrated into the CSC at this time. You will need to setup a new password for the CSC, but will otherwise still have access to all your postings and content.

Read-only mode:

We are putting the CSC into read-only mode to enable our customers to continue using the CSC for the majority of the activities they normally conduct.

3. Forums postings for current users
4. Forums browsing for all users
5. Downloads
6. View previous SRs
7. Check RMAs
8. View Service Bulletins
9. View Demo Licenses

11. View My Products
12. View training from Spirent Campus

• Registering as a new Spirent Forums user
• Request Demo License
• SR-close surveys
• License Activation
