RFC-2544 No Average Jitter when Max Results are present

Hello Fellow Spirent Forum Contributors

I have a customer who is running an RFC-2544 test, and in his end of test results he’s seeing values of 0 for min and avg jitter. However, the max jitter column has results that range from 0.12us up through 0.65us (see attached results). The question is, why then is there no results in the average column? Should we not see something in the average jitter results if we have a max value?

Spirent Ports are DX2-100G-P4 “Colossus”

Release is 4.59.7726

There is an old CR that seems to reference a problem with incorrectly displayed or calculated jitter values in an RFC-2544 test. But the CR is rather old and indicates resolution back in a 4.4x release.
