how to know the packet successfully received in STC

I try to send packet from Device 1 to Device 2 in Spirent TestCenter using single VLAN 1000, it works succesfully from tx/rx in bassic trafic result statistics. But when I capture using wireshark there is no communication data between device 1 and device 2 just unidirectional packet from D1 to D2 and D2 to D1.

My question is, is there any options in spirent to check that the packet successfully received on both device ?

NB : My topology

spirent port 1 <--> Methroethernet1 <--> Methroethernet2 <--> spirent port 2

Not sure what is meant by wireshark there is no data. Is the capture have zero packets?

Each packet from Spirent contains a 20 bytes signature. The signature composes of sequence number and time stamp. The receiving port uses the signature to determine successful transmission
