Controller 3 Firmware Failure

Hello Spirent

I have encountered the following error while attempting to upgrade my SPT-N4U to v4.51 Fireware for Controller 3.

5/28/2015 17:57:54 .8 Error Other Admin: Install Raw Image 1 failed with error: CCommandErrorException An error occurred when upgrading the firmware for chassis 192.168.120.3: No matching tarball files were found in directory C:\Users\anash\Documents\Spirent_TestCenter_4.51_CTL3_FW for chassis 192.168.120.3. Please set raw install directory to a valid location.

I didnt notice a tarball in the extracted firmware directory, is it missing? I only noticed a rawimage.map file. Please advise

There should ideally be 3 files in extracted firmware directory.

"testcenter_c3-x.xx.xxxx-1.1.tgz"

"testcenter_c3-x.xx.xxxx-1.1.tgz.md5"

"rawimage.map"

Downloaded the CTRL3-FW this morning, and it worked fine.

Good to know it worked for you, probably a corrupted download earlier.

All the files are listed in the .zip. Should I try downloading them again?
