@shivaprasad, you can sign in to our Support Site (http://support.spirentcom.com/), Click on Training and you will some Videos and documents available for Avalanche and our other Products. Below is a screenshot for your reference.
You can also search our Knowledge Base which has numerous Articles on all the products.

To add to Abbas' response. Once you access the Avalanche Training channel you will see links to many items. Select the Essentials of Avalanche link, this is a great place to start for learning the basics of Avalanche, there are Video Presentations, Video Demonstrations and Flash based lab activities that you can view and perform in order to learn how to configure, run and view all results for an HTTP Test.
If you select the Avalanche (L4-7) Continuing Education link, you will have access to an entire curriculum of Avalanche training materials that you can use to gain advanced skills in order to enhance your Avalanche testing knowledge.
