I am looking for the plugin for internet explorer ver 9 compatability mode.

We are using iTest version 4.2.

There is no plugin for iTest 4.2 to work with IE 9. Try upgrading iTest to 4.3 and use Selenium session to work with IE 9 and IE 10.
