iTestRT 5 wrong behavior with special character [CTRL-C] in command prompt session

Hi,

I need to send the special character "CTRL-C" during a command prompt session. When I use iTestCLI, everything works fine, but when I use iTestRT, it seems to interpret it as if I want to stop the test execution (like when I ACTUALLY use CTRL-C on my command prompt window during execution).

Everything was working fine before the upgrade towards iTest V5.

Anybody knows how to resolve this issue ?

Thanks.

Yes, there is an issue with special character [CTRL-C] in command prompt session. Our developers are working on it and will be fixed in the coming versions of iTest.

Executed the command prompt based testcase from iTestRT v 5.0 and in middle I stopped the test execution using the [CTRL-C] and it is working fine.

Attached is the screenshot for your reference. Please let me know if I missed anything here.

hi,

you didn't understand my request. your behavior is what I do not want.

What I expect is to have my command prompt session inside the test case to be stopped but not the execution of the test case.
