Port group settings and port group size error within Spirent TestCenter GUI v4.47

Currently, I am unable to remove the port grouping on my SPT-N4U. I wanted to setup 1G ports instead of 2ports per Group. Is this possible?

My current enviroment is

Windows 2012 R2, Visio Studio 2013 Community, Spirent TestCenter UI v 4.47.

Yes, FAQ10541 is the correct reference for the CM module I am using

I have the same issue. I will inquire with Development. I suspect it is due to using a card carrier.

Doesn't appear to be card carrier. I will update as I get more information.

Created a change request for this issue to have our developers investigate and fix issue.

Yes, I spoke with Al Cardi from Spirent. He is one of our contacts for the SPT-N4U. If possible, can we still work together to determine the root cause of this issue in parallel to the SR that has been submitted?

Sorry, I should have added more to my previous comment. I have involved the case owner so he also has all the information that I have and we have involved our Developers. I will work with the case owner but since he will be getting the update from Development on this issue he would be better equipped to pass on any status.
