Why is DX2 is not detecting the Finisar QSFP-28 transceiver

Version 4.47 DX2-100G-P4 with Adapter ACC-6094A CFP2 to QSFP28 is not detecting Finisar QSFP28 SR4 transceiver.

Tried auto detect and Manual nothing helped.

I saw that in the manual scroll menu there is only SR10 and LR4 100G so I think that the Adapter ACC-6094A CFP2 to QSFP28 is not working correctly on version 4.47

Can you please confirm

Hi Mabella,

The release notes say that the adapter is fully Verified for CR4 operation with DAC cables of 0.5, 1.0 and 3m only (30awg) and verified limited availability with SR4 Optics and AOCs. The one that you are trying is SR4
