The Forums currently get thousands of visits a week, so there's a good chance a question will get seen. However, getting seen is one thing-- getting seen by the people that know how to answer your question (and are willing to do it) is what you aim for. Follow these Do's and Don'ts guidelines to maximize your success.

• Do make your question clear and easy to understand
• Do focus your question to one topic at a time
• Do put the name of the product your asking as one of the Topics
• Do put the name of the product your asking about in the question itself
• Do include details of what you know and what troubleshooting you've done so far, if possible
• Do come back to read your answers AND to accept the best one
• Do offer your comments and feedback (A "Like" is a nice thing to offer)
• Do include screenshots and images when it helps tell the story/issue
• Do try to ask your question in the space with the most viewership (applies to certain individuals that have access to certain spaces)

• Don't ask a complicated question where the answer might take hours to respond to
• Don't include all caps or urgent punctuation in your post-- it's not going to get anyone to respond any faster
