How to create a TCP packet in C1

Hi, we want to use C1 to test a NAT device. We used C1 to generate IP, ICMP, UDP, TCP packets to go through NAT device. We have no problem on IP, ICMP, UDP packets, but we can't go through NAT via TCP SYN packet. How can we configure/edit the TCP packet to test NAT device? Thanks.
