Remote ID in option 37 and Interface ID in option 18 for DHCPv6/PD.
Hi All,
Is there any way to set an individual remote id in option 37 and an individual interface id in option 18 for DHCPv6/PD? Each subscriber should have a unique one of these.
We see that STC sets the same for all subscribers.

Not sure if you tried this already but you can use custom options to create these options and use the wildcard to set individual ids.
I ran a quick test and it shows each client sending different IDs. I only did 10 but you should be able to set the count for what you need. See snap shot attached.
