error: A device URI cannot be used because there is no testbed available

Hi I am using testbed file which has all devices listed and when i use device:$router_name in open spatement in procedure i am getting message as

" Error:A device URI cannot be used because there is no testbed available"

when and why this error is seen..am i missing any settings ?

any help is greatly appriciated.

Could you please check if you have given the testbed URI in the test case general page.
