Anyone experience instability with SPT-SYNC on N11U (Amara) Chassis?

Can anyone share their experiences with SPT SYNC on the Amara chassis? Since the release of the product, I’ve noticed a significant difference in reliability related to chassis sync when contrasted with the previous generation chassis. I realize this is a complete redesign, with the Delorean timing card. What I see on a recurring basis are slave chassis' ending up in a bad state from a timing perspective. Either they don’t see the master at all, or they are stuck in an Aligned Sync state. We go through the process of replacing cables, rebooting chassis, etc. Sometimes this solves it and sometimes it does not. On occasion, completely powering the chassis’ off and back on is the only solution. I thought I saw improvements through the firmware releases, but I have a group of chassis currently on 4.45 experiencing this issue currently. Appreciate any insight anyone might have as well as any debugging techniques. I took a look at the ETR status of the master and one of the slaves experiencing the aligned sync issue. I saw what I expected from the master: ![alt text][1] And here is the output from the slave: ![alt text][2] [1]: /storage/temp/4755-master.jpg [2]: /storage/temp/4756-slave.jpg
