Access USB Port from VSphere on an ESXi Server

I am trying to load an Avalanche NEXT OVA on my ESxi Server. It is extremely large 7 G so I placed the OVA on a USB Stick and installed the USB STick on the ESXi Server. However, when I go into vSphere, I cannot see the USB Stick on the Server. The CAL-F8H1GV1 items are my physical PC which is outside the Firewall and the OVA Install errors out if I use the local PC. Does anyone know how I can mount the USB Stick on the ESXi Server so I can access it from vSPhere? Notice that I can access teh ESXi Floppy or CD Drive, however, not the USB Stick.![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/4648-a.jpg
