Is it possible to upgrade the flash version for the built-in web browser on CentOS 5.10?

I have a customer using the web session, and the target web site requires flash 10+. I installed the flash libraries, but where do I need to link to the .so file so that the built-in browser sees the new version of the plugin? My guess is that it is not compatible anyway, but if anyone knows how to do this, I'd be very grateful. My guess is also that they should be using the selenium session instead of the web session.

According to our iTest v4.4 installation guide Flash testing will not be supported in the Web session on linux machine. ![alt text][1] I have tried in selenium session with the below sample flash application on windows machine and it is working fine. http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flash/samples.html [1]: /storage/temp/4570-flash.jpg

Spirent iTest supports testing Flash applications that were developed using Adobe Flex, itest can capture our interactive session with Flex applications that are hosted on web pages Flex Session does not support IE, it uses only iTest internal browser(Mozilla). We need to deploy following files inside the webserver launching folder (e.g htdocs in Apache) which is inside iTest installation folder (\\iTest 4.2\plugins\com.fnfr.itest.tools.flex.resources_4.2.1.67426\lib) · iTestAutomationEnvironment.xml · iTestFlexAgent.swc · iTestFlexWrapper.swf . “Enable Support for Flex” in the web session profile. iTest v4.4 will support till Flash / Flex 3.4, 3.5, 4.5 and it will not supported in linux machine

If I understand correctly, Flash testing will not be supported in the Web session on Linux for iTest 4.4. Is that correct? Is the recommendation to use the Selenium session?
