Using Selenium session we select a timezone but after daylight savings time the timezone to select is off by an hour

This results in the element not found and a test failure - anyone have a workaround?

Can you clarify the question? Is the timezone being selected on a web page that your selenium session is testing?

It would better we could have a small demo video to understand more on this issue.
